  7. This Final Calc worksheet is comprised of 3 sheets:

  9.      Mortgage Tables     - monthly payment lookup table with
  10.                            interest rate (6-8.75%) vs principle  
  11.                            ($54,000-$160,000) with adjustable amortization
  12.                            period.
  13.  
  14.      Mortgage Calculator - simple payment calculator - enter amount to
  15.                            finance, amortization period & interest  
  16.      
  17.      Mortgage Evaluation - shows where all the money is going (i.e.
  18.                            principle & interest for each payment &
  19.                            affect of extra payments on amortization)
  20.  
  21. Use alt-s to toggle between sheets (or Project/Sheet/View from the menu).
  22.      
  23. The formulae are customized for Canadian mortgages although should be
  24. adaptable for other countries.  Solutions are accurate to within 1 cent
  25. when compared to mortgage tables obtained from my bank.
  26.  
  27. All sheets should be self explanatory although some notes are
  28. included for interest rate calculation.
  29.  
  30. Use or modify these sheets at will - just send me an email if you have
